Review some festivals of Chinese cultures that they have learned in the former class(Spring Festival,the Dragon Boat Festival,the Mid-Autumn Festival. etc.)

Show some pictures and videos of western cultures and lead to today‘s topic——Christmas.

Show some detailed information about Christmas,such as decoration Christmas trees,Christmas food,activities,etc.

StepⅢ.Reading

Fast-reading to get a general idea of the text.

Listen to the cassette recorder and read the text quickly.

Find some keys (words/phrases) in the text and circle them out.
