3’30”Step 2T shows some pictures of Princess Diana and plays a vedio and tells Ss about her death. (PPT 5)扩展学生的背景知识,并引出听力材料中的相关词汇,为听力做准备。CW

3’Pre-listeningStep 3T presents vocabulary in context and help Ss match the words with their definitions. (PPT 6&7)

6’While-listeningStep 5First listening: Ss listen to the radio programme and choose the topics mentioned in the dialogue.(PPT8)练习听取重要单词并抓住文章主旨大意的技巧。IW

6’Step 6 Second listening: Ss read the listening strategies for specific information and then listen to the dialogue again .

Ss complete the sentences with information.

T gets feedback from individual student and then checks the answers as a whole class.

Do paparazzi bring anything good to the stars, fans, or even society.

T then asks two or more students to voice their opinions.(PPT11)
