四、学生分析

They have already learned the simple past tense in the former units. In Section A, they learned the special questions to talk about past events. In this lesson, students will talk about some past events again and express their own opinions and then listen and talk about them .so they will be interested in this topic. But for many students, their listening and speaking skills will be improved.

They are used for showing students some pictures, some audio files, some visual files, some topics or listening tasks.

六、教学过程

Step 1: Warm up

Greet and talk about weather with students.Lead in the weather of last weekend.Show pictures about my last weekends and then ask many different students about their last weekends one by one.

T:Last weekend is sunny too,I went to a farm and it`s so much fun.(show pictures) What about you? What did you do last weekend? And what do you think of your weekends?

Step2 Lead in

I will present some pictures about some activities happened in the past in our daily life ,such as went to the library, studied for a test , had dinner with friends,...Lead in target language :What did he/she/they do yesterday?

Ask as many students as possible to talk about their activities happened yesterday.

Dictate and draw in 1a,have students close their books. Dictate each of the activities in the box and have students quickly draw an image to match.Match the activities with the pictures.
