?新课改的核心就是为了每一位学生的发展。在我任教的高一年级的两个班级学生对初中阶段英语词汇及句法相对掌握较好。所以他们平时擅长识记,但英语语言运用能力相对较低。所以老师在语言运用教学中需要下功夫,做到合理选材,科学设计,有效练习。我班大部分学生对英语有一定的兴趣,但其学习主动性,自主运用、探究学习的能力还有待于提高。这就要求有梯度的设置任务,使用分层教学,提高学生的参与度,使不同层次的学生有机会展示自己,获得成就感,体验学习的快乐。经过小学和初中的英语学习，他们已经积累了一定的语言知识，加上生活中对电脑的了解，学生已经掌握了一些与本主题相关的语言知识，为学好这一课打下了较好的知识和能力基础。再加上学生是在练习了热身,读前和主阅读内容的基础上展开的,可以引导学生在原有的知识经验基础上通过听力来复习和了解新的内容,并通过解决问题的方式督促学生训练听力技能。本班大多数学生比较活泼好动,因此只有投其所好,才有可能调动学习的积极性,为此我特意设计小组活动及合作探究的学习方法。所以在学习完本节课，学生就可以更好的了解电脑的发展历史，领会科技进步给人类生活带来的改变，保持与时俱进的创新精神。

【教学目标】

1.Language skills

To train students’ listening skill by doing well in pre-listening and predicting.

To train students’ listening comprehending by designing various of activities.

To train students’ speaking ability by applying listening result as well as function sentences to discussion and writing.

2.Language Knowledge

To consolidate and apply new words and suggestive sentences in the unit.

To have students know more about robots and their functions .

3.Emotional Attitude and the Value System

To cultivate students’ interest motivation by showing the short film .

To train students’ cooperation spirit with groupwork.

4. Learning Strategies

Cognitive strategy. Have students gain the new information by listening on basis of reviewing, process what they have got and self-assessment.

Communicative strategy. Design tasks for students to discuss and exchange ideas.

Resources strategy. Put multimedia facilities to use to show film, pictures and listening.
