Analysis of students(学情分析)

Most of the students were born in the countryside or towns, and they know little about cultures in other countries, so the teacher should help them understand the reading material by simple language and vivid pictures (ppt). Meantime, the learners of the class are the students of Grade One, so it’s essential for the teacher to develop and improve their reading skills in summing up main ideas and finding out detailed information.

Teaching Aims:(教学目标)

1. Knowledge(知识): Enable the students to learn some interesting body language.

2.Skill (技能):The students develop their reading ability.

3. Feelings and Value(情感): learn to respect different cultural customs.

Fast reading 、Detailed reading、Discussion in groups.

Step 1 Lead-in and Warming up.(导课)

Show a picture about Jinxing and Wangzulan, get students to think of a word “perfect” and then give other pictures to lead the students to guess the meaning and get the topic -----body language.Give the definition of body language.
