2. Learning ability goals 学能目标

Help students to use their imagination to think about the theme park in their minds.

Help Ss master some words and their usages.

1. Encourage Ss to think about the difference between the traditional parks and the new concept of theme parks.

Step 1. Leading in and group- work discussion

Leading in：

Show some pictures to the students and let students know what the theme park is .

Group – work: Let students design and draw the theme park of their own and then explain it to the whole class. When students are showing their pictures , they have to tell us about : a. what is the theme of your park ?

b. What can we see or do in the park ? tell us the examples of activities.

Step 2. Reading procedures

Each group appoint a student to show and explain to all of us their works of parks .

The purpose of this step is to extend students ’mind ,give students more time to think and give students more chance to speak .
