4 Talk about global warming, pollution and the importance of protecting the earth

Teaching procedures & ways :

Step 1 WORDS & WARMING- UP

Show the students some pictures on the screen. The students have to give names of different types of pollutions relative to the pictures and discuss how can we recover the contaminated environment. Then ask the students to share their ideas in class.So I lead to the theme of the passage--what can we do about global warming naturally.

Step 2 PRE -READING

Let the students read the passage to guess the main idea of this passage.

T: Now let’s discuss t what is a green house, and look at the picture on page 25 and explain it to your partner. If you have found some more information , please share with us.

Step 3 explanation
