STEP1【导入】Lead in
(Instructions : Before the class,divide the students into 6 groups.The group numbers will be listed on a big tree,the groups work together to get more tree leaves to make their tree branches green。The group which gets the most leaves will be the best group.)
Greet students.
Then,show students a video about their after-school activities.
T:where are you ? What are you doing ?

STEP2【讲授】Presentation
1. Show some pictures on the big screen. Present the new words and
expressions.
2. Students watch and learn the expressions and sentences.
3. Learn the –ing forms of the verbs at the same time.
Show the-ing form of the verbs, ask students to try to read them, and
then compare the three groups of verbs on the blackboard to tell the
differences.
4. Help the students to find out the rules of changing verbs into their
ing forms.
