4教学过程

教学活动;

I. lead-in:

1.Show the students some famous scenic spots around the world.And try to guess the places in the pictures.

2.Ask students to discuss whether they would like to visit the places and why if they have a chance to go abroad in the world and what they should take into account before they decide to travel abroad?

3.Show the students some pictures from some famous universities abroad and think about whether studying abroad is easy or difficult? And predict what the reading is about looking at the title.

II.Skimming

Check whether the information on the blackboard is mentioned.

2. Get the students to skim the whole text and summarize the main idea and find the main idea of each paragraph.

III.Scanning for specific information

Scan the text and get some specific information about XieLei studying abroad.
