① 首段：
a 复述题目场景，表明写作目的； b 遵守礼貌原则，只问相关信息；
c 简要介绍自己，表明写作目的。
② 主体：a. 询问具体问题，注意疑问句式；b. 提供背景材料及询问原因；
c. 强调所需信息重要性； d. 题目要求的内容均应涉及。
③ 尾段：a. 结尾彬彬有礼，表示诚挚谢意； b.希望得到对方回复。
