众所周知，对一个英语平平的学生，书面表达的好坏很大程度上决定着他英语分数的高低，一直是学生英语高考中失分较大的题目。根据多次阅卷分析发现，学生书面表达中出现的最大问题是单句正确率过低。怎样才能写出准确而又丰富多彩的单句，是学生目前急待解决的问题，也是提高学生英语写作能力的突破口。在一轮复习的紧张时期，笔者根据所带学生实际，设置了本节课。旨在通过观看video，完成句子，帮助学生赏析高级单句，提升语言修养，再通过恰当应用高中阶段所学重点语法结构进行句子合并改写练习，帮助学生恰当应用高中阶段所学重点语法结构，使句子润色升级，提高写作分数和应试能力，全面提高英语成绩。

Part 2 Something about the students

As Senior 3 students, they are in different levels, some of them are lack of reading skills. Some of them are not interested in reading. Arousing their interests is the most important thing. I’ll arrange a lot of activities to make them full of confidence to let them taste the joy of success.

Part 3 My teaching theories , methods and aids

It is known to all that Core Competence of English Subject focuses on the Ss’ abilities to gather information; deal with information; solve problems and the abilities to think and express in English. I’ll try my best to carry out the following theories: Students-focused. That is to make the Ss the real masters in class while the teacher himself acts as a director; Combine the language structures with the language functions; Let the Ss receive some moral education while they are learning the English language.
