Remember to dare to tell the truth. We should be honest. We shouldn’t cheat ourselves and others.

2. 学情分析

我所教的17班,学生大部分基础较好,品德优秀,但口语表达欠佳。在日常教学中如何调动学生的学习热情,发挥小组学习的优势,让学生人人都参与课堂活动,通过完成“语言任务”来获得相关的英语能力是本节课需要解决的一个问题。因此,我以17班学生的实际情况来设计本课时的教学任务,让学生乐学,爱学,想学,学有所获,提高课堂效率和整体教学质量,使我们的课堂真正实现自主、高效。

3. 重点难点

Teaching important points:

Use the new words and expressions correctly.How to tell the story.

Teaching difficult points:

It may be difficult for the students to tell the story in English.Discussing the characters is also difficult.

4. 教学过程

4.1 第一学时

4.1.1教学活动

活动1【导入】Lead-in

1. Play a short video about the story The Emperor’s New Clothes.

2. Ask students where the story comes from and what name the story is.

设计说明: 展示一个动画视频,通过三个问题引出要听到的这个来自欧洲的故事,然后他展示了一些生词的图片,要求学生认真跟读,接下来进行了一个记忆大挑战并匹配生词,为后面的听力做铺垫。

活动2【讲授】Presentation

1. Show some pictures on the screen and present the new words.

2. Get students to match the words with the letters in the pictures in 1c.

活动3【练习】Listening and speaking

1.Pre-listening

Get students to make predictions before listening.

设计说明: 正式听力活动前,因学生已经知晓这个故事,所以设计了一个“听前预测的环节”, 听力预测完之后,核对检查结果。(听前预测,这是一种很好并且有效的听力技巧。)

2.While-listening

1) Listen and fill in the blanks(1b&1c).

2) Ask Ss to repeat the tapescripts and think:

1.Why were the new clothes special?

2. Were the two brothers good people?How do you know ?

3.Why did everyone say that the new clothes were really nice?
