教学过程

Step 1 Greetings

Greet the students as usual.

Step 2 Lead in

Show some pictures on the screen and ask：

Do you know the title of the story?

Who is the character in the story?

What is he wearing?

（通过师生问答，引出本节课重点词汇：emperor，underwear，silk，gold，cheat，stupid）

Step 3 1a-1d

Then let the students finish the task in 1a.

Make the students to watch the pictures carefully and predict what happened first.

Play the recording for the students to listen and number the pictures . Check the answers in groups.

Go through the stories and then play the recording for the students to listen .The students only listen.

Play the recording for the third time and fill in the blanks. Check the answers in groups.
