Talk about their favorite animals and lead into the topic.

Step 2 Presentation

1a Show the pictures in1a and let students talk about them. Then compare facts about these two animals. Use the language in the box to help you make sentences.

Weight: The elephant weighs than the panda.

Step 3 Listening

1b Listen and check(√) the numbers you hear. Check the answers.

1c Listen again and complete the sentences. After playing it, check the answers with the students.
