Teaching Procedures:

1. Warm Up

Greeting the whole class as usual

Play a song “Days on my past ”

T: Ask “Where have you been on you last summer”

S: I have been to …

T: Where do you want to go this summer vacation?

S: I want to go …

Purpose: The use of English songs to create an atmosphere of learning English, while for the following study to pave the way.

2. Presentation

⑴T: Well, You have been to many places.

Have you ever been to a museum?

⑵Then show some pictures of museums and introduce some words “space museum” “history museum” “art museum” “amusement park” as well as the sentence Pattern “Have you ever been to a/an ?

Objective: Use some pictures to teach the key words, is conducive to the students to remember the words, intuitive, vivid, lively, increase the interest of students learning English, and practice the key sentence patterns, inspire students to think.

3. Practice

T: Show two pictures and ask “Where did I go?”

S: You have been to Shanghai.
