Ask students to talk about the places they often visited on weekends or holidays freely.And then the teacher tells students the places she often visited on weekends or holidays to lead in the title of Unit 9.

1> Ask ss to look at 1a and rank them from 1(most)to 6(least).

2>Ask ss to read the places after the teacher for three times.

Step4:Presentation

1>Present the target languages:Have you ever been to a science museum?

Yes,I have.I went to the National Science Museum last year.

Have you ever been to a history museum?

No ,I haven’t. Me neither. Let’s go to one tomorrow.

2> Ask ss to know the meaning of each sentence and then the teacher explains the usage of the Present Perfect Tense

a:have been to 曾经去过，现已回来，可接次数。eg:He has been to Beijing 3 times. b：have gone to 到某地去了，尚未回来，一般不用第一人称.eg:She’s not here.She has gone to Qingdao.c:have been in/at 在某地呆了多长时间，常接时间段。eg:He has been in London for half a year.

(备注：当后面有here,there,home 时，介词应省略）d:ever,never 是完成时的提示词。e:neither 也不，其引导的倒装句：结构：neither +助动词/be 动词/情态动词+主语，含义：表示某人也不如此。f: somewhere 不定副词，adj 修饰不定副词要后置; 在否定及疑问句中somewhere 变anywhere;不定副词前没有介词。

3>Ask ss to read the target languages after the teacher for several times.
