Ss answer the questions by looking at the photos on the PPT and using the key words.

Task 2: Learning how to talk about the future by listening.

Pre -listening:

Pairwork between T and Ss . What do you hope to do in the future ?

Pairwork between Ss. I hope to ---

设计意图:听前预热,话题和内容与听力内容紧密相关,降低听力难度。

While-listening:

Step1: Ss describe the pictures and guess what the hopes are in the conversation .

T’s suggestion : Pay attention to the reason.

设计意图:通过描述1c图片猜出听力大意,缓解听力压力。

Step2: While listening for the first time,Ss tick the right pictures and catch the reasons.

Step3: Ss report the answers and give the reasons.

设计意图:听第一遍抓住文章大意。

Step4: Ss read the passage in 1d and discuss the possible missing words in pairs.T offers help.
