Teaching procedure:
Step1 Pre-task preparations:
1、Show the photo of inventors to lead in inventions
（Outward another questions）
2、Brainstorming
Do you know any great inventions in the world?
(Talking about inventions that you know by sentences you learned)

Step2 While-task preparations:
1、Listen to the record of Listen and say carefully and find out inventions on dialogue.
2、Show the picture of a watch in Look and learn, and speak out the name of the word.
(Read the word again and again)
3、Listen to the dialogue again and complete the form.
(1) Find out what people can do with these inventions.
(2)Introduce the function of every invention in group.
(3)Read the dialogue following the tape and act the dialogue by two students a group.
4、Finish the riddle on page68 by yourselves and learn the word “camera”.Then write a riddle about an invention to let other students guess.
5、Choose an invention to introduce the function imitating the dialogue.
