Step1:Warming-up and review

1.Greetings: Hello, boys and girls, Glad to meet you again. Today I’m your new teacher. Do you want to learn English with me? Now ,Let’s go inside our English worlds to learn Module 8 Unit 1.

2. Sing a song:“A good friend ” .

3.Play the guess game:Look at there .Please guess, What’s this?

PPT出示覆盖的“钟表”.

T: What time is it? S1: It’s 6 o’clock.

4.通过 half past seven，学习past/a:/ , 并进行操练.

（设计意图：亲切的问候增进情感，读词做动作能激活学生已有的背景知识，让学生们动起来，活跃了课堂气氛，调动了学生的积极性，并为接下来的语言输出做好铺垫, 又通过”猜一猜”活动，学习了本课新单词past ，并运用这个单词进行操练，为接下来的教学做了一个铺垫）

Step2: Presentation and practise

T: We know that everyone has the own schedule .look at this boy,

What’s he boy doing? (老师在黑板上画上 )

引导学生操练词组：get up 并告诉学生注意连读。

由此导出---“What time do you get up？”

S1.2:I get up at… 反复操练并书写板书

由刷牙洗脸引出早饭---What time do you have breakfast?

由去上学引出---T：How do you go to school? 通过图片Amy 步行去学校引出 near，通过老师上班的图片引出其反义词：far

由到学校引出---school stars，Start /a:/” means “begin”

以及问句-- What time does your school start? ” Half past eight or nine o’clock? 启发学生练习句子并写上标题。

通过What class do you have in your school? 和 What’s your favourite class ？导出新单词：exercise 以及利用PPT 学习playground，并让学生利用学过的动词及短语：running/jumping/play basketball /play football…

由PE 和简笔画学习：skip & skipping rope

利用favorite time启发学生说并回答：What time does your school finish?

T :Look, the moon is rising, what time do you go to bed? We should go to bed early and don’t be late for school.学习late,ate---late,并进行知识拓展教授学生谚语：Early to bed, early to rise.同时引导学生进行情景操练新句型
