Teaching aids(教学用具): Multimedia teaching

Teaching procedures(教学过程):

Step1 Warming up(热身复习)

Ask them what did they do yesterday, pay attention to the simple past tense of the verbs.

Stept2. Leading and new words(导入和新单词)

Today we’re going to learn about what did Mr Li do and what did Chen Hai do twenty years ago, and what they are doing now. At first, here are three pictures about what did they do.Then students will give the answers with simple past tense of the verbs.

Step3. Text teaching(课文 教学 )

Open the book and listen to the tape recorder , read the text and find the new words, then try to answer the questions on the screen. I will give the answers on the screen .Then the picture will show to the students about what did Mr Li do and what did Chen Hai do twenty years ago, what is Mr Li doing and what is Chen Hai doing now. Read the text in groups, in pairs, one by one, boys and girls. Try to retell.And students will read after the radio by two times.

Step4. Practice(巩固练习)

Finish the following form in groups.I will give the students 8 strips about the answer, then students should put them in the right places in the form.

Teaching reflections(教学反思):本课的教学任务是学会studied hard等单词,并会使用,同时学会用一般过去式和现在进行时。五年级的学生已初步掌握一些时态的区别和一部分动词的过去式形式,已经对基本时态有一定的掌握。整节课的学习应该跟多的关注学生间的差异,没能让该班学生的热情真正、完全的爆发,对学生的评价手段比较单一,并且在评价学生时没能及时的关注学生的反应。
