Step1 warming up and lead in.

T: Spring is coming ,what do you usually do on weekends?(出示春天场景的短片，背景音乐-《春天在哪里》将学生兴趣拉回课堂。)
Free talk(由单词sandwich引出本课课题When are we going to eat?
Step2 Presentation and dialogue learning.
T: “Simon,Simon's Mum and Daming are going to have a picnic ,
what will happen to them?”
1.Get students to enjoy the flash then answer.
2.Have students read by themselves,and underline the words they can’t read.
3. Reread the dialogue ,then fill in the blanks.(教学生掌握本课重点单词
to go /duck/ pond/cloud/dry/like /look like/stay hungry同时通过复述加深对课文理解）
Step3.Grammar practice
1 Find the sentences from activity 2 including(包含）“be going to ”
2 Let’s sing-- When are we going to eat?
When are we going to eat? At half past twelve.
It's going to rain ,soon. You are going to stay hungry.(将枯燥的重点句子以歌曲形式进行趣味操练，调动学生积极性，巩固学习效果)
