1. Review month of a year.
Step two: Presentation
1. Teach new words.
T: In September, we’re going to leave our primary school. And we’re going to start middle school. (教单词middle)
2. PPT 出示 some pictures of middle school,并操练句型。
T:Which middle school are you going to go in September?
Ss: I’m going to … middle school this September.(操练I’m going to …)
T: So, we’re going to different schools. (出示课题并教读)
3. New teaching
(1) Watch , then answer
T: Lingling is going to leave primary school and start middle school, too. (教新单词leave)
T: She is going to say goodby to her classmates. This is a goodbye speech by Lingling. (教新单词classmate,speech)
Q1: What is Lingling feeling?
Ss: She is excited and sad. (教excited)
(2) Listen and read Part 1
(3) Listen and read part2, then answer
Q2: Why is she excited ?
(4) Listen and read part3, then answer
