通过课文的学习培养学生对物品的认识,能够爱惜身边的事物.

学情分析:

在此单元学习之前,学生们以熟悉了部分单词,如:table ,desk, chair, window...因此对于孩子们来说,当他们看到这一单元内容时,不会因为陌生单词太多而造成恐惧心理。对于我校四年级三班和四班同学来说,就更容易掌握,因此在这一单元中可以略微提速进程。

重点难点

Master the new words: bed, lamp, sofa ,table , wardrobe ,mirror , picture ,light ,clock ,chair, window,

Can use the sentence: “Where 's the... ?” pattern where inquiry items.

Know the plural form of q method: Where are they? / Where are the XXs?

教学过程:

Step one: Greetings&Warming up

1.Say hello to each other. 

2.Learn an english song “What’s in your room?”  

T: Let’s learn a song. First, let’s read togther,OK?  

S: OK. What’s in your room?

There’s a sofa. There’s a bed.  

Where’s your schoolbag?

On the sofa, on the bed.

T:Follow me. …?

T: Sing together.  

3.Show a room with PPT

T:I have a beautiful room. Let’s visit my room. OK?

This is my room. Read after me.

Room, room , my room.(one line)   

T: Now look carefully and answer my questions .(PPT)  

what’s in my room? Follow me.

Step two: Presentation&Practice 

1. Show a picture about a bed . (操作幻灯片,出现图片)

S:a bed.  

T:Clever. You should say “There’s a bed”.
