Step One: Pre-listening

1. Ask and answer:

How will you do with the problems?

Will you go to ask your parents, friends or teachers for help?

2. Show the picture of our school counsellor and lead in the topic.

Step Two: While-listening

Task 1: Listen to three conversations.

Listen to the first conversation, fill in the blanks.
