教学过程:

Step 1 Greeting

T: Hi, boys and girl. Welcome to our English class.

Step 2 Presentation

1. 30-seconds’ talk show

T: This story is about two very different animals. (PPT)

The name of the story is The tortoise and the rabbit. (板书课题)

Before the story, I want you to be one of them and try to say something.(老师示范:I am ……I have ……I can ……学生练习并组反馈)

2. Prediction

T:Yes. As you all know, the tortoise and the rabbit have a race. Who won? Can you guess?

T: Let’s watch a cartoon and see who won.

(学生看动画后印证预测)

3. Read and order

T: Nice. Now you know the tortoise won the race. Here are some sentences, but they are not in order. Can you read your story on your book quickly and put them in order?

(学生完成排序练习)

T: Now they are in order. But here’s a problem. Even if they are in the right order, this story is still not completed. So can you read this story again and try to say two more sentences to complete this story?

(学生读课文补充2句话, 使排序后的句子成为完整的故事梗概)
