Step1 Greeting

T:Ok boys and girls, today I’m your new teacher, you can call me Miss 4. Let’s greet with each other. Before our class, let’s look at today’s learning aims.

Step2Enjoy a song

T:First let’s enjoy a song, please follow me and sing together.

Boys and girls, you are good singers, so what do you do?

Ss :I’m a student.

Can you ask me?

Ss: What do you do?

T:I’m a teacher.

T:You know I’m a teacher. Teacher is a kind of jobs. What other jobs do you know?

S1: a doctor/a writer….

设计意图:借助歌曲揭示主题,并通过提问激活旧知。

Step3 Review the story

T:Here are my families’ jobs. Do you remember Mike and Helen’s parents’ jobs? This is Mike. What does Mike’s father do?

S1:He’s a teacher. He teaches English.

T:What does Mike’s mother do?

S1:She is a writer. She writes stories.

T:Now work in pair, talk about Su Hai’s parents’ jobs.请两组同学回答
