Step1.Brain storm

T: Do you like games ? Let's play a game.

T: I’ll give you thirty seconds, you can tell me the words about “food”, the more the better.

2. Think and say : How is the healthy diet ? How to compare with them?

3. Let’s have nice food.

T: Now , look at this healthy diet pyramid. Can you stick your pictures here?

We can also have a lot of fruit and vegetables . We should have some meat ,fish and milk . We should have a few aweets at a time . Because sweet food is bad for our teeth .
