四、教学策略

1、围绕话题,情趣导入,从了解教师的饮食表导入,激发学生兴趣,给学生留下悬念,激发学生学习相关语言的欲望。

五、教学过程:

Step 1Pre-Reading

1. Greetings.

2. Riddles

(1) What kind of dog does not bite or bark(吠叫)?  

(2) What is the smallest(最小的) room in the world?

(3) What table is in the field(田地)?

(4) It's a fruit. It's also a color. What is it?

3. T: what food do you like?

S: meat, vegetables, ice cream……

4. T: look, I have different groups of sweets. I love sweets very much. So which group would I like?

S: group 1.

T: why?

S: Because there are a lot of sweets.

(Teach: a lot of, some, a few.)

T: Look at the three glasses of water, how to describe them?

(Teach: a lot of, some, a little.)

5. Food pyramid

Step2 While-reading

1.Look at Mike and YangLing’s diets.

Way: watch the cartoon and answer

2. Talk about Mike’s diet.

T: now read the first part of the story, and finish exercise.
