Step1：Warming up

1.Enjoy the song: Healthy Food Vs Junk Food Song

2.Guess：What does Miss Jiang have for breakfast/lunch/dinner?

T: Look, I have some food here on the blackboard. Can you guess what do I have for breakfast? You can guess like this: I think you have…for breakfast.

3.讲解“食物金字塔”

T: Oh, Look. It is a triangle. Actually, it is a food pyramid. It can show how much food we should eat. Look, on the first level, they are noodles, bread and rice. They have a lot of energy. Energy can keep us healthy. On the second level, they are vegetables and fruit. They have a lot of vitamin. Vitamin is good for us. On the third level, they are meat, fish and milk. They have a lot of protein. Protein can make us strong. The last level, they are sweet food. From the food pyramid, we know we should eat a little sweet food. Because, they have a lot of sugar(跟读一下). They are bad for our teeth.

Step2:Revision

T：Just now, we talk about Miss Jiang’s diet. What about Mike and Yang Ling’s diets? Do you remember their diets?

1. Review Mike’s diet

a. Judge about Mike’s diet.

b. Summary about Mike’s diet.

T:Does Mike have a healthy diet?

c. Give some suggestions according to the food pyramid like this: Hey, Mike. You should have…

2. Review Yang Ling’s diet

a.Complete Yang Ling’s diet.

T: Does Yang Ling have a healthy diet?

Step 3. Presentation

1. 找量词

出示Mike和Yang Ling的饮食，找一找表示数量的词。

T：Look, the sentences are Mike and Yang Ling’s diets. Please read the sentences by yourselves and try to find the words that means how much food do they eat.

2.Brain storming:复习可数名词和不可数名词

T: Look, this part are the nouns. We divide the nouns to countable nouns and uncountable nouns. Do you know some countable nouns and uncountable nouns? Let’s play a game about countable nouns and uncountable nouns.

a. Show the rules：

1、说出所给种类的单词名称；

2、音乐停止，游戏结束！

b. Summary

T:Look, the words like these, we can add “s” or “es” after them, we call them countable nouns. But the words like these, we can’t add “s” or “es” after them, we call them un countable nouns.
