Making a dish
一、教学目标
By the end of this section, students will be able to:
1. research the recipe of a chosen dish through cooperation and exploration;
2. use group work to write and present the chosen recipe;
3. make a video or take photos of how the dish is made and then do a presentation;
4. evaluate and comment on each other’s work.

To improve one’s ability of researching and presenting the recipe of a chosen dish.
