Activity One: Warming up and leading in

1. Let’s review

T: Good afternoon boys and girls, last lesson we talked about the students’ dreams, do you still remember?

Who are the students?

What’s his/her dream?

What does he/she want to be?

2. Look and say

T: From the text, we know their dreams, we also know some names of jobs.

Let’s play a game. Say the name of the job quickly.

Activity two: Song time

Enjoy and say:

T: All of you did a good job. Next let’s enjoy a song about a job and tell me what it is about.

Listen and choose:

T: Let’s listen to it now, this time try to finish this, OK?

3. Read and sing:

T: Let’s read the song together.

T:It’s time to sing after the computer. Follow it.

T: Can you sing it now? Let’s sing together!

Activity three: Cartoon time

T: Do you like the song? Do you want to be a teacher in the future? But we should do something to make our dreams come true.

What should you do? ﹨What will you do?

Boys and girls, whatever do you want to be, you should be good at school.

1. Watch and choose

T: Bobby and Sam are talking about their dreams, let’s watch the cartoon and choose a title for it.

2. Look and guess

T: They all have dreams. Who are they? ﹨What do they want to be? You can guess from the pictures, sometimes we can know a lot from pictures.

Read and answer

T: Their dreams are great, to make their dreams come true, they also do something. Read picture One by yourself, try to finish the table.
