Step 1.Warming-up
教师和学生听录音边说上个模块所学的儿歌，边做TPR活动。

Step2 Lead-in
教师问一个孩子Where are you going? 孩子回答后把图片贴在黑板上，接着问另一个孩子，学生回答后把图片贴在上一张图片的旁边引出next to.
Step 3 teaching next to
1 teach the students how to read
2 read the phrase one by one.
3 let the students look at the screen to practice the phrase.
Step 4 teach the new phrase “in front of “
1 引出词组 in front of
教师利用物品之间的方位，向学生讲解这两个词组，如：教师把一本书放在一个小盒子的旁边，说：“The book is next to the box.”“The box is next to the book. ” 在学生明白了这个词组之后，老师将书本放在小盒子的前面，说：“The book is in front of the box.”
