1、开音节词： 一般以元音结尾的词。例如：like这个单词。 e是元音字母， k是辅音字母，它前面的i又是元音字母，这时 i读做字母本身的音/ai/。
/ai/----先发/a/音，然后滑向/i/音。舌尖抵住下齿。发此音的关键是要把/a/音发足，注意从开到合的滑动。
2、闭音节词：一般含有一个元音字母，并以辅音字母(r, w除外) 结尾的词叫闭音节词.如：it, big等。这时i发/i/。
