1. Teaching aims
According to Junior School English Syllabus, I devide the teaching aims and demands into five aspects:
1)knowledge aim
Words and expressions: prevent, themselves, salt, scissors, knife, poison, heat, slip, bathtub,burn; fall off, put out, baking soda, prevent sb. from doing sth.
2) Ability aims
To give warnings with imperatives.
3) Learning skills
Improve the students'viewing, listening, speaking and reading abilities.
4) Moral Aim
To do right things at home and keep safe.
5) Cultural aim
To encourage the students to learn English freely and happily.
2. Teaching Key And Difficult Points （教学重点难点）
1) Key points
a.New words and expressions about home safety;
b.To improve the students'viewing, listening, speaking and reading abilities.

1.The Audiolingual Method
2.The Communicative Approach
3.The Task-based Teaching Method
In this lesson, I’ll mainly use Audiolingual Teaching Method, Communicative Approach and Task-based Teaching Method. That is to say, I’ll let the students listen to others’ ideas about home safety and say out their own opinions and then communicate with others. I’ll give them some tasks and arrange some activities: viewing, listening, speaking, and reading. I think these methods are helpful to develop the students’ thoughts.

Teaching tools such as multi-media computer and powerpoint are used here to make the whole class lively and interesting; at the same time, they will stimulate the students’ interest in school life and their future.
