StepⅠ.Lead-in

Review the tips for good communication from the last lesson.Make a list on the board. Let students talk about the importance of friends.

[设计意图] 利用复习导入的形式,巩固上一节的知识点,锻炼学生的口语表达能力。

StepⅡ.Show “Teaching aims”

StepⅢ.listening and reading

1.Listen to the lesson and answer the questions.

(1)What has happened to the Lost Girl?

(2)What are Sue’s suggestions if a friend wants to end the friendship?

2.Check the answers.

3.Read the lesson and tick the advice Sue gave to the Lost Girl.

4.Read the text again and find out main phrases and main sentences in groups.

[设计意图] 学生在解决了课文的疑难点之后,对课文有了一定的认知,在此基础上练习听力,才能做出听力后的题目,达到听力训练的目的。
