(1)我采用《英语课程标准》倡导的任务型教学模式。让学生在教师的指导下,通过感知,体验,实践,参与和合作等方式,实现目标,感受成功。结合任务型的教学模式,在本课时适当设计了学生的邀请活动。

(2)以话题为核心,通过个人思考、小组及班级活动等不同途径,在听、说、读中使单词及句型以不同的形式反复出现,在足够的输入中,达成有效的语言输出。

(3)开展多种类型的任务型活动,提供给学生合作交流的空间和时间,促使学生为完成任务和同学进行合作,为完成任务进行探究性学习。

2、学习策略

要求学生课前作好准备,通过自主学习,搜集与集体活动相关的资料图片;再通过合作学习,相互交流自己的资料与课本资料,通过探究、模仿练习复习基本句型,达到熟练掌握与灵活运用的目的。教学过程教师活动学生活动说明或

Warming up:

Greet the students.

Ask Ss “Do you like animals?

What’s your favorite animal?

What animals do you know?”

Greet the teacher.

Try answer the teacher’s questions and brainstorm the animals.和学生谈论动物的相关话题,直截了当的把学生们带入将要学习的话题里,引起他们的学习兴趣。Step2.

Presentation:

Show pictures of different animals on the screen and teach the new words.

Learn new words by looking at the pictures. And talk about the animals with the teacher.利用图片直观的呈现生词,既能引起学生的极大兴趣,更能加深对生词的印象,对后面的学习起到很好的帮助。Step3.

Practice:

Show the picture in Activity 1 on the screen and ask Ss “What can you see in the picture?” Lead them to say like this “There are many animals in the picture, such as...”

Look at the picture carefully and follow the teacher’s instruction. Try to say the sentences. At the same time, get the meaning of “such as”.通过看图说句子,来巩固前面学习的单词,并结合课文内容学习新的词汇。Step4

Listening practice:

Ask Ss to listen to the tape and check the words they hear in Activity 1.

Ask “What animals does Lingling/Tony like?”

Finish the task as the teacher requests.

Answer the teacher’s questions.通过听力练习使所学单词得到及时的运用和巩固,让知识得到进一步的升华。Step 5.

Presentation:Ask Ss not to look at their books and listen to the conversation in Activity 3. And write down what animals Lingling and Tony see in the zoo.

Ask them to listen again and try to complete the chart on the book.

Learn by themselves: Ask Ss to work in groups of three and role-play the conversation. And circle the difficult and key points when they’re learning.
