一、开始上课和复习
1.课件展示，口语交际，请学生简单介绍北京，分别对天安门广场和故宫博物院的图片进行描述。
T: Jenny and Li Ming are in Beijing, now. Let’s go to Beijing, too. OK? What do you know about Beijing? What can you see in this picture?
S: 充分利用英语进行描述。
设计意图：教师通过视频展示，引导学生用学过的语言，复习easy,hard等词汇和句型，为第二部分的新课文铺垫，让他们发散思维，充分的运用英语，从而培养学生的口语表达能力和语言运用能力。
二、学习新知：
1.导入新课——创设去故宫博物院游览的情境，揭示课题，布置拍照的任务。
T: The Palace Museum is so beautiful! So today Let’s go to there, OK? Let’s learn a new lesson: The Palace Museum. Say it, please! Today we’ll go to the Palace Museum to take pictures! Are you happy?
设计意图：创设学生感兴趣的情境：游览拍照，调动其积极性，布置任务，使其乐于参与其中。
2.操练句型
①利用肢体语言，将新词汇camera, film, picture串联成一段关于操作相机的小语篇，请学生边做动作边运用。
T:Do you want to take a picture? Do it with me!（利用手势，教学生边说边做）This is a camera. This is film. Now I’m putting film in my camera. May I take your picture?
②两人对话Work in pairs, like this!（提示学生加上动作）
③接龙问答Chain-Game.
设计意图：让学生满怀兴趣地在练习中感悟新语言，运用新语言。
3.学习课文——跟读课文，鼓励学生提出疑惑。
T: We can take a picture.Jenny has a camera,too.Can she take a picture? Listen to the tape and repeat！播放录音，学生跟读。
T: Can Jenny take a picture?
T: Let’s do it again!“This is a camera. This is film. Now I’m putting film in my camera. May I take your picture?
” Now, we can use the camera well, so let’s go to the Palace Museum to take pictures!
设计意图：学生通过跟读录音，模仿纯正的语音、语调，并更好的理解和复习新语言。
4.学习课文——第二部分：听音回答问题的方式
T: Let’s see what happened to Jenny, Li Ming and Danny. Let’s listen to the tape! First, here are some questions for you!（利用课件出示问题）
①How old is the Palace Museum?
②Who wants to take a picture?
