2.用句型“It's cold/hot/cool/warm in...”, 表达不同地点的天气状况。

一、导入
Let's sing. “Thunder”
引导 weather 的认读学习. head sweater bread breakfast认读ea组合发音。mother father together brother认读th组合发音。要注意提醒学生读weather时，th咬舌尖。
教学意图：通过歌曲热身，引导认读新词weather,并注意咬舌发音。
二、教学新课

Show the map of China.
1. First stop: Harbin
It's cold in Harbin. 认读单词cold.
Let’s watch TV.Now let’s watch a weather report.教师播放一段英文解说的天气预报实录。等学生看完后，教师说：This is a weather report .同时呈现单词卡片，领读weather report。It’s hot in Hong Kong.Let’s go there.
2.Second stop: Hong Kong.
(1) Hot,hot,hot.It's hot in Hong Kong !
I can drink some ice water! It feels so nice!
(2)重点练习It feels so nice!引导 Let’s go swimming.
3.Third Stop:Lhasa
（1）Food boot room zoo [u:] —— cool . It's cool in Lhasa.
辨析cool的不同意思。
4.Last stop:Beijing
（1）认读warm. It’s warm in Beijing.
It’s warm outside.I can put on my shirt.
（2）练习put on ,take off.
