教学过程：

一、Warming up

T:“Good morning,class!”

Ss:“Good morning，teacher！”

T:“I've divided you into four groups,group one,group two,group three and group four.If you are good,you can get one star.Later we’ll see which group has the most stars,you’ll be the winner.Ok?”

Ss:“Ok!”

Presentation

T:“Now，let’s say a chant together,everybody stand up please!”Then T &Ss say the chant together.

Practice

1、T shows Ss the pics and leads the Ss to review　the words“warm,hot,cold,sunny,rainy,cloudy,windy　and snowy”.

T：“Now，let’s visit some cities.”and shows Ss the pics of the cities.T leads Ss to say the cities by high-low voice、clapping hands and groups.Then play the missing game.The group which one is good can get star.

3、T shows the Ss the pic of Sydney and asks:“What's the weather like in Sydney?”Then T writes the sentence on the Bb.Pay attention to the weather.T leads the Ss to say the words one by one and then say it by clapping hands.

T leads Ss to answer the question “It’s hot and sunny.”T shows the PPT “ what’s=what is,it’s=it is.”and leads the Ss to read the whole sentence.

　　４、T shows the pic of London to the Ss and asks:“What's the weather like in London?”Then T leads the Ss to say “It’s rainy.”Then T shows the pic of Moscow to the Ss and asks “What's the weather like in Moscow?”One S answer “It’s cold and snowy.”Then the S can be the little teacher.Later T shows the pic of Beijing and asks:“What's the weather like in Beijing？”The S who can answer“It's cold and windy.”can be the little teacher.At last T shows the pic of Singapore and

invites two Ss to ask and answer.

５、T：“Let's turn to P28 and look the picture.”T leads the Ss to ask and answer with the patterns.T：“Please ask and answer in groups.”Then the Ss practise it in groups.Few mins later,T:“Times up,group one,who can try?”Then T invites one S to ask the question and invites another one to answer,later the S who answers ask another S.Ss ask and answer like this.

６、T shows the PPT and says:“What's the weather like in Hangzhou?”Then T leads Ss to practise the answer“It’s warm in Hangzhou.”by different vioce.Later T asks:“What’s the weather like in Harbin？”Then Ss practise the pattern by clapping hands.LaterＴasks the Ss:"What's the weather like in Hong Kong/Lhasa?"And one S says:"It's hot/cold in Hong Kong/Lhasa."The S who answers the question can be the little teacher.

　　７、Turn to P28,pay attention to world weather,Ss say the sentence "Here's the world weather." one by one.Then T leads the Ss to

say the sentences "Today it's hot and sunny in Sydney/It's rainy in London/It's cold and snowy in Moscow/It's cold and windy in Beijing/It's cloudy in Singapore."and practise the patterns by magic finger,one by one and so on.Then T shows Ss the patterns and practise the patterns by clapping hands.Then Ss say it by boys and girls.

Show time:T invites some Ss to be the weather reporter.Then the group can get one star.Learn the other cities:Paris，Cairo，Washington.

四、Homework and say bye bye.

　　Then T check the stars and shows Ss the homework and say bye bye.
