Step 1 Daily report
One student gives a talk to the whole class. Then he/ she asks some questions about the talk and other students answer the questions. （Dolphins ﹨Animals are human’s friends—We should make friends with animals as well.）
Step 2 Previewing show
Students check the answers and write down the notes after watching a micro-video:

(1) The teacher presented a famous person called Yao Ming with his pictures:
He is an excellent , hard-working sportsman with a long square smiling face and short black hair.
(2) Students discuss & describe more information about Yao Ming in groups and the group leader reported it out.

The teacher guided into Daniel’s article about his best friend Kate:
Listen & answer the guiding questions.

Friends are important to us in our daily life. We humans should make friends with others as well as animals.
