三、障碍与生成关注

由于学生对西方国家教育特点的了解有限,因此要求他们课前查阅有关的材料是必要的。他们必须先学会安排时间,查阅、检索、归纳资料,尽可能地发挥个人的创造性。

四、学程与导程活动

借助教学图片及幻灯,努力创设真实的语言情境,采取听说法,交谈法,角色扮演法,交际法,小组活动等完成教学任务。

Step I. Lead-in

1. Say something about the students’ school.‘How much do you know about our school?’

2. Revise the use of “the most/fewest/least”.

3. Revise “be the same as” and “be different from”.

Step II. Pre-task

Questions about our school:

1. What’s the name of our school?

2. How many students/teachers/classrooms are there?

3. Do you have much homework to do?

How many hours do you need to finish your homework?

4. Do you wear uniforms? Do you like them? Why?

5. Do you do morning exercises?

6. How many days do you have in your summer holiday? (Teach: length)

During the talk , present some new words and phrases: do morning exercises; uniform; have…off. Finish the table about ‘our’ school with some numbers.

Step III. While-task

Task 1 Read the numbers correctly. Show some numbers, and let the students try to read them.

Task 2 T: Here are three friends. They are from China、UK and USA. Let’s listen to the information about their schools, then try to finish the table about them.(Make sure the students know what to do next. )
