1.情境引入:A crying boy

What is the boy doing?

If you were the boy, what would you say?

If you were his mum, what should you do?

2.概念强化:虚拟语气

用来表示说的话不是事实,或者是不可能发生或可能性比较小的情况,而是一种愿望,建议,假设的语气叫虚拟语气。

3.Compare and find the difference, Is it a fact or a wish?

If I am tired, I will take some rest. (a fact)

If I were you, I would share my toy with my friend. (a wish)

4.Translate the sentences

1)如果不是受伤太严重的话,李娜是不会退役的。 (injure,retire)

If she hadn’t got injured so badly, Li Na wouldn’t have retired.

2)如果我是贾玲,我会保持身材当“女神”而不是“女汉子”。(figure,goddess)

If I were Jia Ling, I would keep my figure to be a goddess , rather than a cow girl.

3)如果明天是世界末日,我会做所有我想做的事情。

If tomorrow should be the last day of the world, I would do whatever I want.
