初中寄宿制校园生活从七年级开始，伴随着热闹，新鲜，好奇，青春的萌动，学生心态较积极，教师容易培养他们良好的学习习惯；进入八年级，校园生活归于平静，平淡，迎接他们的是更多更难的学习任务，日复一日的学习过程中，学生分化现象出现：一部分怕学，懒学，厌学，弃学；一部分时而表现好，时而不好，波动大；一部分坚持不懈，勤奋学习。这一阶段要严格要求学生，让学生继续发扬已形成的良好的学习习惯，激发学生学习的兴趣，鼓励他们追求进步。

这个阶段的学生经常懒说，懒读，懒写，课堂教学难在让他们爱说，懂说，说得好。复习和新课环节必须针对学生这个特点展开。

四、教学过程
