Before this lesson, the students have learned the numbers: From one to one hundred .They also have learned these words : school things, clothes ,fruits, toys and so on. So the students may have no difficulty in talking about the price of the things.. Through some games to practice the new sentence patterns, they will be able to use the sentence patterns fluently.
VI. About the children:
Children are active, they love to learn and use English in the activities .So the teacher should try to let the classes be interesting and active. The teacher should set up a situation or design some games , let the children use the new sentence pattern to talk about the price of things.
VII. Pre-knowledge:
Before this lesson, the students have learned the numbers: From one to one hundred .They also have learned these words : school things, clothes ,fruits, toys and so on. So the students may have no difficulty in talking about the price of the things. So this lesson mainly focuses on practicing the language, Using the sentence patterns “How much is the …? It’s…”and “How much are the …? They’re…” to talk about the price of things. They can read out the new words.
