Step1:Warm-up

1. Greetings.

2. Let’s chant.

I like bread. I like cake. I like potatoes and ice cream, too.

I like meat. I like fruit. I like tomatoes. What about you?

3.Let’s say.

I like bread. It’s so delicious. What do you like?

Step 2: Presentation & Practice

1. Look and guess.

教师呈现故事的主人公Harry,用学过的语言描述对Harry的认知。学生认识主人公Harry。This is Harry. Harry is a hippo.

2. Look and say.

教师呈现图片,学生通过看图对Harry进一步了解: Harry eats some food.

学生会说: This is Harry. He likes eating.

3. Listen and answer.

引导观察图片Harry is happy. How about other animals? Are they happy, too? 并通过听音跟读故事寻找问题Whose food does he eat? 的答案。

4. Look and match.

Ss: He eats the cat’s fish. He eats the dog’s meat. He eats the monkey’s fruit. (板书句子)

5. Watch the cartoon.

观看部分故事内容,引导学生思考:-Do you like Harry? -How about his friends(the other animals)? 再观察图片They have a big dinner in a tree. Look, what do they eat? 学生说出句子They eat cake, bread, potatoes and chicken.
