Skill aims:

能听懂并能就能做和不能做的事情进行交流以及用书面表达出来。

3.Key points：

能够运用情态动词can引导的选择疑问句及能够运用can/can’t 表达程度。

正确运用can引导的or questions及回答。

通过课堂的多种教学手段和学习方式增强学生学习英语的兴趣，通过自主学习和小组合作培养学生独立学习的能力和互助进取的精神，通过穿插影片来传播正能量、增强自信心。

教学过程

Step 1 Warm-up

Listen to a song and get the students to write down the sentences with “can”.(PPT2)

Get the students to know about the learning aims.（PPT3）

（目的：听歌曲写出含有can的句子可以快速让学生提高注意力，迅速进入学习状态，通过让学生了解本节课的学习目标可以让学生对本节课的学习做到心中有数，从而提高课堂效果。）

Step 2. Revision

Get the students to look at the pictures and talk about them,Use the following sentences:

What can sb do?/ Sb can do.... (PPT4)

The students look at the screen and revise the phrases of Section A . (PPT 5)

（目的：通过对上一节课的重点内容再次展现，不仅达到巩固旧知识的目的也为新知识的学习做好铺垫。）

Step 3 .Presentation

Get the students to look at the pictures and use“Can sb do..?/ Yes, sb can. Sb can do it very well (a little)/No, sb can’t. Sb can’t do it at all.”to have a free talk. Then get some pairs to perform. (PPT 6--8)

Get the students to look at the pictures and use the “or questions” to talk about them. Then get the students to ask and answer in groups. (PPT9--12)

（目的：通过用大量图片尤其是自己本班同学的图片来吸引学生的兴趣、活跃气氛的问答进行对话操练，层层深入，循序渐进，化难为易，让学生在不知不觉中掌握了新内容的学习。）

Step 4. Listening

Get the students to look at 3a and make sure they know how to do it.

Listen to 3a and finish 3a, then check the answers. (PPT13)

Finish key points. (PPT14)

（目的：通过上一环节的问答操练后马上引入听力训练，让学生不仅能说还训练他们要抓住关键信息来听并迅速记录的能力，强化学生的听、说能力的训练。）
