大多数动词可在后面直接+ing.如：read---reading，
Sleep---sleeping
以—e结尾的动词，则去掉—e再加—ing. 如：write---writing
have---having
在重读闭音节中如果动词只有一个元音字母，且其后接有一个辅音字母时，将此辅音字母双写，再加—ing,如sit—sitting run---running swim---swimming
