Step1：Warming-up

T: Last class, Panpan introduces his friends to us. Do you remember? Let’s have a look. Who’s this?
S: This is Xiaoyong. He’s a clever pupil.
T: Who’s this?
S: This is Ms Smart. She’s a nice teacher.
T: Great! Today our friend Panpan will introduce his family members to us. So we will learn unit2 He’s cool.
【设计意图】师生自由交谈中，既复习了“This is…. She’s/ He’s….”，还学习了新授词“cool”,为新授课做好准备。教师提出的话题也为新授课之后的任务操练做好铺垫。
Step2: Presentation
Let Ss open the book, listen to the tape and try to find Panpan’s family members.

【设计意图】本环节主要是帮助学生理解对话大意，呈现重点知识。学生带着不同问题，两次听录音，问题难度不断递增，使学生对课文的理解逐渐加深。寻找答案的过程就是理解课文和呈现重点的过程。
Step3: Drills.
1. Listen point and repeat, try to imitate. (Listen to the tape and repeat)
2. Read the dialogue by themselves and circle the word “cool, cute”.
3. close books and describe the pictures on the blackboard.
【设计意图】充足的机械操练帮助学生熟悉文本，使新授语言材料更容易上口。找句子并读出来可以进一步帮助学生巩固对话，把握重点单词。练习挂图中所有图片，让学生更加熟练课文，为下面的拓展练习作准备。
