教学流程:

Step 1 Warm up

1. Greetings.

2. Let’s chant: car, car, go by car; train, train, goby train;

Foot, foot, go by foot; Bus, bus, go by bus;

Taxi, taxi, go by taxi; Ship, ship, go by ship;

Plane, plane, go by plane; Bike, bike, go by bike.

Step 2 Lead-in

1.T:There are so many beautiful scenes. Let’s see where they are. PPT出示各种地名,生回答where。

2. T: I want to go to the USA/the UK…

Wow, wonderful places. Where do you want to go?

Step 3 Presentation

1.新授want。W ant拼读。Where do you want to go? 教读。大小声练习读。

2.引导生回答 I want to go to…, 然后教读。男生女生练习读。

3.问问你的同桌想去哪里. Ask your desk mate where he wants to go. Practice the dialogue with your desk mate. Show.

Step 4 Practice

1.师再次出示地名,询问where do you want to go?引导生回答。问答接力。

2. Teacher asks the last group” but how do you go there?” (幻灯片出示问句和中文含义。)用动作引导生回答。

3.教授新句。Read the sentence group by group.抽生单独读。

4.Pair work:Practice the dialogue with your partner; one asks one answer, one by one.

5.利用各种地名带领学生练习问答,两个个师生对话,剩下的生生对话。

Step5 Consolidation

1.Let’s listen where Stanley wants to go.录音呈现完整的语篇。Listen and repeat。

2.Lucky dice:Each student gets one line, go to your destination by roll the dice, and then choose a way of transportation. Discuss your travel in the group.

3. Winter holiday is coming, write down where you want to go and how to go there.

4. Make a survey: to know where your friends want to go, and how does he go there. 全班范围内的问答接龙。
