Per-reading

Step One: Greeting and Free Talk

T: Hello! boys and girls. Today I am glad to come to your school on foot. Do you know why I walk to your school?

Ss: Students guess the reason why I walk to the school.

T:Now I tell you the reason why I walk to you school. Because I like to enjoy beautiful scenery. I also think walking is a kind of green travel. It is convenient

Step Two :Leading-in

T: How do you go to school every day? (Show a PPT)

Ss: Students use I pad to choose their ways.

T: Why do you go to school by bus/by taxi/ by e-bike/ on foot/ by school bus/ by car/by motorbike?

Ss: Students say out the reason

T: Riding bike e-bike walking are green driving.

While-reading

Step One: Let students skim the passage then think and answer questions.

1. T: Skim the passage what does the passage talk about? (Show a PPT)
